5 years

Today is our 5 YEAR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY!! That's right, half a DECADE! I feel so blessed to be married to Cody! He is the best partner a girl could ever ask for. I love that guy more than I could ever put into words! He is just simply an amazing Husband, Father and Person!
Thank you honey for being so supportive of me and everything I do. Thank you for being so understanding of my faults and weaknesses and for always making me feel comfortable. That means more to me than you could ever know!

I love you so much!
Happy Anniversary :)
Love for ever and ever

Disneyland 2011

I can't believe Dineyland has already come and gone! We had so much fun and were full of memories that will last a life time!
The flight was pretty good! The kids didn't sleep a wink (which we were hoping for) but considering they did pretty good! When we arrived we took a taki/van to our hotel (The best western) We got settled in, ordered some pizza, and by that time Nana and Papa arrived! WE couldn't wait for morning :)

The kids were so excited as we waited at the gates to get in. Gray has been talking about Mickey Mouse and how excited he was to see him. Well the first thing we saw as we walked into the park was MICKEY MOUSE! Well we were excited, Gray not so much! When it was our turn to get Mickey's autograph and a picture Gray wasn't having it! Dax was very curios but, settle! Here is the evidence LoL

Gray started out terrified by all the characters but eventually warmed up to them a little. So the first day was amazing. Gray LOVED ALL THE RIDES and was such a big boy on all the big rides!! Dax was so fascinated by everything! He didn't say much just glared around on all the rides! WE spent the first day in Disneyland. We also caught the world of colors show that night which was soooo amazing!

The next day we finished a few rides at Disney and then headed off to California adventure for a while! That was so much fun! I couldn't beleive all the rides Gray wanted to go on that I was even scared of. (especially the high ones)

We spent the next day just lounging around the hotel and the pool. later that night we had plans to go see a live pirate show (Gray has been really into pirates lately) It was somewhat of a boring day but a much needed rest for our feet. Later that night we took a Taxi to the dinner theatre. The boys had fun in the lobby play fighitng with there swords. The show was a bit disappointing! The food was okay, but the show was definitely more geared towards older kids. The boys were bored pretty fast. The following day we spent in Disneyland going on all the rides we loved and wanted to do again! We met many more characters and filled our autograph book! WE had an appointment to go to Goofys Kitchen for lunch! It was so worth every penny! The kids loved it and the food was awesome! I think Dax fell in love with pluto :) Disneyland was so much fun and even more to see the boys have such a good time! I loved having both sets of grandparents there to help us out! I can't wait to go again when the boys are older :) a

To Grandmas house we go...

Sea otter

Grayden started swimming lessons again this fall. this time he was all on his own as a sea otter. IN OTHER WORDS NO PARENTS ALLOWED!! The first day Cody showed up swimming shorts on and all.....boy did he feel stupid as the rest of the parents were sitting fully dressed on the benches to watch. Didn't get the memo I guess! LoL I think Gray was the youngest in that class but he sure loves his swimming lessons!

Number 2

Dax pooped on the potty for the first time last night and I was so flippin excited! He just came up to me and said "mommy pee coming" so I rushed him to the potty and he went poop! We all jumped for joy and gave high fives.....it was a big moment! The photos speak for themselves :)

Bye-Bye Suu

So this last weekend we went up to see my Grandparents! It was also Canada day that weekend so on the saturday they had a bunch of festivities going on. The kids had so much fun and LOVED the fire works later on :) As soon as we arrived I sorta panicked as I realized we had forgotten Daxtins sue. We've been wanting to take it away for a while now but....well you know! I decieded to just leave it and figured it may be a good time to just get rid of the darn thing once and for all. Well to my suprise Dax didn't ask for it once! And its been 4 days and its like he forgot it ever existed! CRAZY! ...completely cold turkey! So Bye Sue!!!!! we are finally done spending hours searching for you time and time again all over this house!!

Tunnel Mountain

First camping trip of the year! The Boys were so excited to go to the mountains with Grandma and grandpa for there first camping trip of the year! The boys are all about "BIG FOOT" right now and that was the theme of the weekend "FINDING BIG FOOT" We saw plenty of elk on our hike but.....no big foot ;) Gray was so disappointed! The weather was kinda crappy as it rained pretty much the ENTIRE time we were there. Grandma and I spent a lot of the time in the trailer but nothing was stopping the boys from doing what they love best "being outside" The boys had so much fun on this trip and something we'll have to do again soon :)

Camping @ Red Lodge 2012

last weekend we decided to take Grandma and Grandpas trailer out for the very first time all by our selves! We made plans to go with LoriAnn,Brody,Makayla and Skyler. I came a little late but daddy took the kids up to Red Lodge by himself to set up and I drove the car down later that day by myself. By the time I got there Cody was already overwhelmed with all the kids. lol he was sure grateful to see me! the next day we took the boat down the river a few times (the kids loved it)and got all dirty in the big mud pit. It was so much fun but.......the mosquitos completely ruined it! I was so stressed and frustrated that everytime I walked a few feet me or my kids were getting bit by a mosquito. We went through an ENTIRE bottle of repelent in 2 days and we were still eaten alive. We each came home with a minimum of 40 bites EACH! They were absolutely horid and as much fun as it was to see the kids have fun.....I couldnt wait to get out of the mosquitos!

Family Day 2012

I love days in the year that are dedicated to certain things. Family day is no exception! I just wish we have more of them but I guess thats what family home evenings are for :-) The kids woke me up extra early and i was not ready to get up yet so i turned on the telly and layed there as they watched some tv. (THANK GOODNESS FOR TV SOMETIMES)Dax later went down for an early nap and when he woke we went to the zoo. The boys had so much fun! We spent most of the time there in the dinosaur park or Jurasic park as Gray likes to call it. We were hoping to see some pengiuns but the wait time was over 2hrs. Anyway it was a really fun day with the boys and as a family. :-) w
