Daxtin is three months old! I can't believe how happy you make your mommy and daddy! You are SUCH a good baby!
You are almost double your birth weight now! I can't beleive just 3 months ago you were half your size :(
You had a 3 month checkup today and weighed 14.97Lbs and you are 25" long. Head circumference was 15.75"
What is new with Daxtin? You are an AMAZING sleeper! You go to bed around 10-10:30 and usually dont wake up until 6. You feed and do a quick bum change and were back to bed until usually 10am. You are such a happy boy just like your brother and only cry when you need or want something. I'm used to this "mom" thing so I figure it out pretty quick.
You are such a smiley baby and are always SO happy in the mornings and are all smiles after every nap. You love to play patty cake or anything with your hands and feet for that matter. You just lay there smiling and giggling. That is one thing your brother never did at this point. We could never get a giggle out of him for months. You've had a little giggle for a couple months now!
You love to be naked and you put a huge smile on your face everytime we start taking off your clothes :) You are truly the happiest baby!
It's funny how you are warned before the second one comes along by just about EVERYONE at how difficult it can be with 2 and I remember saying to myself, "what's one more diaper", "what's one more feeding" etc etc.....Oh my goodness I could have NEVER imagined how hard it has been at times! I am even so lucky to have my husband at home 24/7 on parental leave to help me out and it's still feels overwhelming at times. It's hard to imagine how I would handle them by myself. Cudos to all the single moms out there! I DON'T KNOW HOW YOU DO IT!!!! It will get alot easier when Dax is a little more independent but right now is tough trying to carry him around and have a demanding 2 year old pulling on your finger all day long and is ALWAYS on the GO!
Daxtin, you are such a gem! You are so perfect in everyway and I feel blessed beyond measure to have you in my life. You have brought me unbelievable joy and I cant wait to watch you grow and develop your own unique personality!
