Were expecting !!!

Cody and I found out on June 7th, 2007 that we are expecting a BABY and we are soooo Excited. I think we are still in disbelief. I took five pregnancy tests within a week not including a doctors test. I even called the number on the back of the pregnancy test to talk to a nurse to ask if it was possible to have false positives!! I know ..i Know..LoL. I just can not believe that I am carrying another life somewhere inside of me. We had our first ultrasound on June 26th at 7 weeks pregnant. We got to see our baby for the first time. It was the best thing we have ever seen and a moment we will never forget. We could see the shape of the head and the little body. The best part of the ultrasound was to see the babys heartbeat pumping like crazy. It was so amazing and an undescribable feeling to see the hearbeat and to know that everything was okay. We had a little scare and it was just so wonderful to know that everything was fine. I remember going to the change room and I just started to cry. I was so overwhelmed with emotion and just so so happy and greatful the baby was okay. Four days earlier the nurse at the hospital had told us I was probably experiencing a "spontaneous abortion" which is the medical term for a miscarriage. So you could just imagine our relief to see the babys heartbeat. I will never take this pregnancy for granted after that experience. It is truly a miracle and such a blessing.
